Pre-Order Islay Seagrass Meadow Original Linoprint

Inspired by my snorkel adventures on the Islay of Islay, 'Islay Seagrass Meadow' offers a glimpse of life beneath the waves in these rich and precious habitats. 

Islay is home to extensive seagrass meadows, a Priority Marine Feature in Scotland, they provide a sheltered environment for species to thrive. Depicted in my linocut are snakelocks anemones, greater pipe fish, corkwing wrasse, sea gooseberry and peacock worms.

This design was created in 2025, after sketching I transfer the design onto Lino and carve it with a fine tool. Every piece is hand printed and therefore subtly unique.

Printed area measures approx 395 x 295mm and paper size is approx 560cm x 470mm. We use vegetable oil-based inks and Hereford Printmakers Paper.
