A handprinted linocut card inspired by and created on the Isle of Islay, off the west coast of Scotland.
This card is blank inside for your own message and measures 104mm x 147mm. The card is made from 280g 100% recycled hairy manilla (Kraft Brown) paper and comes with a Kraft brown envelope.
Hare - The Oa, Islay
This linocut was inspired by a photograph of a hare our daughter took out of the window one morning whilst homeschooling in March 2021.
After sketching, we transfer the design onto lino, before carving and printing. Every card is hand printed and therefore unique. We use vegetable oil-based inks and our cards and envelopes are made from recycled paper.
